Appointment Policy

 In order to be respectful of the medical needs of all of our patients please call our office promptly if you are unable to show up for your pet's appointment. 

We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change your pet's appointment(s)
Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will allow us to be available to provide timely care to other patients. 

  48 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel your pet's surgical procedure(s)
*Missed surgeries without advanced notice will incur a $50 fee.*

 ​Prescription Policy

We require 
72 hours notice for all prescription refills. 
             (Controlled substances may require more time)

​An active veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR) is required for all prescription medications. 
Professional guidelines and State Law indicate that in order for Veterinarians to prescribe 
prescription medications, food or pest preventions your pet must be up to date on their annual wellness exam.

(In order for a VCPR to be active, we must see your pet for an wellness exam once a year)

Prescription refill requests are accepted Monday-Friday during normal business hours. 
This includes prescription food, heartworm/flea and tick prevention and prescriptions called into an outside pharmacy. 

 Prescription medications CANNOT be returned
Prescription medications are regulated by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and are subject to the same dispensing laws and regulations as human pharmacies. We cannot return, refund or take back any prescription medications.

Tuesday:           8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Wednesday:     8:00am to 5:00pm

Thursday:         8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday:               8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday:          Closed
Sunday:             Closed
