Our Practice Manager
Catherine AKA "Catt"
Hi, I’m Catt—yep, Catt who works at a vet hospital! It kind of feels like it was meant to be. I’ve had a natural connection with animals for as long as I can remember, and I feel lucky to have turned that passion (and my love for working with people) into a career!
I started out as an Approved Veterinary Assistant in 2020 and stepped into the Practice Manager role in 2022. I’m a graduate of Penn Foster and Monroe Community College, and I bring over 22 years of experience in the pet industry—including more than a decade in retail leadership roles.
At the clinic, I do more than just manage behind-the-scenes operations—I stay hands-on, supporting patient care and jumping in wherever I’m needed. I aim to lead with empathy, fairness, and integrity, and hope to always set a positive, down-to-earth tone for the team. I also believe a little humor goes a long way—because sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine.
At home, I’ve got a busy crew—my husband, two teenage daughters, Vader, my 7-year-old blanket and snack lovin' pitbull; Blair, my 3-year-old playful quirky snugglebug Rottweiler mix; A black cat named Dracula we recently rescued, PLUS a really cool Red Iguana named Blaze; and a Banana Morph Ball Python.
When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying nature with my dogs, going on family adventures and sipping coffee or learning about something new. I admire the arts, traveling, nature, fall, shopping and live performances. Every part of this journey has taught me something new, and I’m still learning every day—which is one of the things I love most about this field!
