Our Practice Manager

Catherine AKA "Catt"
Hi, I’m Catt—yep, Catt who works at a vet hospital! It kind of feels like it was meant to be. I’ve had a natural connection with animals for as long as I can remember, and I feel lucky to have turned that passion (and my love for working with people) into a career.
I started out as an Approved Veterinary Assistant in 2020 and stepped into the Practice Manager role in 2022. I’m a graduate of Penn Foster and Monroe Community College, and I bring over 22 years of experience in the pet industry—including more than a decade in leadership roles.
At the clinic, I do more than just manage behind-the-scenes operations—I stay hands-on, supporting patient care and jumping in wherever I’m needed, whether that’s at the reception desk, with the assistants, techs, or the doctor. I lead with empathy, fairness, and integrity, and aim to set a positive, down-to-earth tone for the team. I also believe a little humor goes a long way—because sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine.
At home, I’ve got a busy crew—my husband, two teenage daughters, Vader, my 7-year-old blanket lovin' pitbull; Blair, my 3-year-old playful snugglebug Rottweiler mix; black rescue cat named Dracula, Plus a Red Iguana named Blaza; and a Banana Ball Python named Panini; Oh, and I can't forget.. my office Betta fish, named Swimm Shady. He doesn't talk much or answer the phones but he’s everyone's emotional support fish... "Just Keep Swimming!"
When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying nature with my dogs, going on family adventures and sipping coffee. I admire the arts, traveling, nature, shopping and live performances. Every part of this journey has taught me something, and I’m still learning something new every day—which is one of the things I love most about this field!
