Puppy Vaccination Schedule

Churchville Veterinary Hospital, P.C.
Schedule for Puppy Immunizations/Anthelmintic* Program

Age when receiving vaccinations

6 to 8 weeks
  •           DHPPvC
  •           Deworm

9 to 12 weeks
  •           DHPPvC
  •           Deworm
  •           (Rabies may be given at the earliest age is 12 weeks or 3 months)

13 to 15 weeks
  •           DHLPPvC
  •           Lepto risk factors
  •           Lyme
  •           Begin any optional vaccinations
  •           Deworm

16 to 17 weeks
  •           DHLPPvC
  •           Rabies
  •           Lyme
  •           Finish optional vaccinations
  •           Deworm

Note: Vaccines boostered at 3 week intervals.

Certain breeds such as Rottweilers, Weimaraners, and Dobermans may require additional parvovirus immunizations until age 20-22 weeks due to intrinsic immunity concerns or passive maternal antibody interference.

This is an ideal schedule and is given for information only, changes may be made on a case by case basis.
