Healthy Puppy Package Important Guidelines for the Healthy Puppy Package: The package can be started before and up to 12 weeks of age
First Visit (6-8 weeks)
Second Visit (9 - 12 weeks)
Third Visit (13 - 15 weeks)
Fourth Visit (16 - 17 weeks)
Spay/Neuter Surgery
*It is possible that your pet may have specific medical needs; if so, the doctor will discuss any additional costs that you may incur. *It is your responsibility to bring your pet in for his/her visits; no discount will be made if appointments are not kept within the time frame stated. *The wellness voucher is only valid within 30 days of issue date.
